Cable and Antenna Testing
This course will look at how signals travel down a coaxial cable and radiate out of an antenna. We will cover insertion loss, return loss, and distance-to-fault measurements and have live demonstrations of how to make and analyze measurements.

- Antenna and reading Spec Sheets
- Impedances and loads
- Insertion Loss measurements
- Return loss and VSWR measurements
- Distance-to-fault measurements

EVALUATION:
There will be knowledge check quizzes throughout the course, and a final open book test that requires a 70% to obtain the certificate.
