Kevin is an internationally recognized expert in telecom, a business leader, technologist, corporate tech trainer, and Professor. Kevin’s passion is helping others improve themselves and their careers through providing learning experiences that help build confidence and competence. This dates to his early days as an RF Engineer where he developed new graduate programs at one of the major telecom carriers, and his contribution to defining the Ministry curricular requirements for Wireless Telecommunications education. Today, Kevin works to improve organizational effectiveness and builds telecom best practices. He has consulted with companies on the development of their fiber, Wi-Fi, and 5G products and implemented end-to-end communications systems from planning, installation, commissioning, and testing. Kevin has trained over 1500 telecom technicians with a focus on the hands-on implementation. Kevin is a professor at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, at the School of Applied Technology, and the program head of the Wireless Telecommunications program for almost 20 years. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering; M.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering; M.A. in Adult Learning; Ph.D. in Organizational Change; FOA-approved instructor, and Certificates in Fiber Optics, Networking, Wi-Fi, etc.

Peter is a customer champion, driven to help them accomplish their business goals. A Technologist by trade, Peter has 35 years of experience in the electronics and communication industries, working internationally for companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, and Keysight Technologies. His passion is transferring his enthusiasm for emerging technologies, which often takes the form of teaching. Specializing in technical training, he has given workshops in 40 countries on topics ranging from fiber optic communication basics and high speed ethernet testing, to Satellite and 5G business impacts. Peter holds 2 patents for fiber optic technology and his articles have been published by BICSI, SCTE, Laser Focus World, Outside Plant, and Cabling System magazines. Peter earned his Electronic Technologist diploma from Sheridan College and has received training from global industry experts in dozens of areas such as Wireless communications, power systems, component measurement, and cabling technology. He currently lives in Mississauga, Ontario with his wife and loves skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer.

Mariana is a business professional with over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing strategy development and deployment, business planning, and project management. Including leadership and development of the sales and marketing team. As a VP of Sales and Marketing, she is most focused on facilitating the ownership of customer experience excellence throughout the company. She strategically oversees all client services, programs, and resources to maximize consumer engagement with a seamless, transparent, and frictionless experience that sustains mutual growth. With a keen understanding of analytics, project optimization, and continuous program enhancement, Mariana ensures that all deliverables align with the organization’s overall mission, values, and priorities for all parties involved. She holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies Degree, with honors in Marketing, from York University; a Business Management Diploma, from Humber College; and is working towards her PMP Designation and her Master in Business Administration (MBA).
